The Initiation, on the record.
The Initiated ran The Initiation as a one-day girls' showcase, and HoopTrace recorded every game. Here is what each final looked like, and what the coaches and families got from it.

What every coach got
A live box score, no sign-in
Each game had a public link that updated as it was scored. Anyone with the link could open it in a browser: no app, no account.
Play-by-play
Every scored play, in order, on the game page, kept there after the final.
A PDF stat sheet for both coaches
When a game was finalized, a branded stat sheet was emailed to the coaches on both benches.
A preview for every game link
Each game link shows its own preview when it is shared in a text or a post.
How the games were scored
The Initiated's own staff scored the games in HoopTrace, courtside. Where the app's record had gaps, we completed it from the paper scorebook.
That repair only adds what the app missed. Nothing the scorers entered was edited or deleted, because every stat in HoopTrace is an entry in an append-only record and a correction is a new entry, never a rewrite.
