Everything to run a game on HoopTrace — from your first roster to a shareable final stat sheet. Setup takes about five minutes, and recording during the game can be handed to a parent.
Create your team
Sign in, open the Portal, and create your program. Add your roster — each player's name and jersey number. Capturing games is free and unlimited.

In the Portal, create a game: the opponent, the date, and the event or tournament it belongs to. It lands on your schedule, ready to go.
Create a game →Hand recording to a parent
Open the game, go to Scorers, and invite a helper. They get a link by text or email — one tap installs the app (or opens it) and drops them straight into recording. You never have to keep stats yourself.
Every stat they tap saves to your team's game, live. The link is single-use and tied to the person you invite.
Everyone watches live
Share the live link and parents, scouts, and family follow an ESPN-style box score updating in real time. When you finalize, you get a branded PDF stat sheet and a shareable card for socials.
